A follower of this diet plan eats one or more bananas with room temperature water for breakfast. The dieter can choose what they want for lunch, a three-o'clock snack, and dinner, but no desserts are permitted. Nothing is eaten after 8 pm, and the dieter must go to bed by midnight!!!

Hey are you doing this? I love bananas, Have a wii fit and need to lose a bit of weight :D Maybe we could both do the challenge :)
ReplyDeleteHow's your banana diet going? I'm looking for healthy sets of diet 'cause I really want to become slim. I have a Wii, but I play adventure games with it. I guess I'll try the Wii Fit Plus out. Thanks for the suggestion, and I hope you can come back and post some updates here again!
