The Morning Banana Diet In A Nutshell!!!

A follower of this diet plan eats one or more bananas with room temperature water for breakfast. The dieter can choose what they want for lunch, a three-o'clock snack, and dinner, but no desserts are permitted. Nothing is eaten after 8 pm, and the dieter must go to bed by midnight!!!

Right so here lets cut to the chase so here is the opening weight for my challenge:

BMI: 25.97
Weight: 83.2KG/13stone 1lbs

So here it is the starting block to my diet. Let's hope this number decreases as time goes on!!!!
